What we collect
- Details you give us: name, phone, email, delivery address and messages, when you book a visit, send an enquiry or place an order.
- Payment details: handled entirely by Razorpay. We receive only a payment reference, never your card or bank details.

- Your device: your bag, language choice and saved delivery details are stored in your own browser so you don't have to type them again.
How we use it
- To reply to you, confirm appointments and process, deliver and support your orders.
- To keep the records required by law for jewellery sales and GST.
- We do not sell or rent your details to anyone. We share them only with the courier delivering your order, our payment processor, and when required by law.
If you choose to send an order or enquiry on WhatsApp, the message is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
