This policy covers orders placed on sukhdevjewellers.com and paid online or confirmed on WhatsApp.
Cancelling an order
- Before dispatch, pieces at the counter: you can cancel and get a full refund, less any payment gateway charge.
- Made-to-order or customised pieces (your size, engraving, a custom design): can be cancelled for a full refund only before we start making it. After work has started they cannot be cancelled, because the piece is made only for you.
Returns
- Ready pieces that arrive damaged or different from what you ordered can be returned within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us first; we will arrange the pickup.
- The piece must be unused, with its tag, bill and original box.
- Customised and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned, except for a manufacturing defect.
Exchange instead of refund
Any gold jewellery bought from us can be exchanged at the shop at the gold rate of the day of exchange, as per our old gold exchange terms at the counter.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of our approval. Refunds for difference in final weight are paid the same way.
