We deliver jewellery ordered on sukhdevjewellers.com to addresses within India only. We do not ship outside India.
How we send it
- Every order is sent by an insured courier, packed in a sealed, tamper-evident box.
- A signature and photo ID may be required at delivery. The parcel will only be handed to the person named on the order or someone they authorise in writing.
- You will get the tracking number on WhatsApp or by email once the parcel is dispatched.
When it ships
- Pieces at the counter: usually dispatched within 2 to 4 working days after the final weight is confirmed and payment is complete.
- Made-to-order designs: the making time is confirmed with you when you order. Most pieces take 2 to 4 weeks, plus hallmarking.
- Delivery normally takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code.
Final weight and price
Website prices are estimates based on the day's gold rate and an expected weight. Before dispatch we tell you the exact weight and final amount. If you have paid more than the final bill, we refund the difference to the original payment method. If the final bill is higher, we collect the difference before dispatch.
Delivery charges
Any delivery charge is shown in your bag before you pay.
Collecting from the shop
You can choose to collect your order from Sadar Bazar, Sri Muktsar Sahib, Monday to Saturday, 11 am to 7 pm. Please bring photo ID and your order number.
Damaged or opened parcels
If the box looks damaged or the seal is broken, do not accept it. Record a video while opening the parcel and contact us within 24 hours on +91 98888 54874.
