Prices are estimates
Gold and silver prices change every day. Prices on the website are estimates worked out from the rate shown on the site, an expected weight and our published making charges, with GST shown separately. The final price is based on the exact weight of your piece and the rate on the day your order is confirmed. We confirm the final amount with you before dispatch.
Products
- All gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked with a unique HUID.
- Photos marked "Design preview" show a design we make to order. The finished piece is handmade to that design and may differ slightly in finish and weight.
- Stone weight is deducted before the gold price is calculated.
Orders and payment
- An order is accepted when we confirm it by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- Online payments are handled by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
- We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a rate shown was clearly wrong or a piece is no longer available. Any payment is then refunded in full.
- For orders above the limits set by law we may ask for PAN or other KYC details.
